Case Description:

The owner is a listed company in Taiwan with more than 60 years of operation. The company mainly serves in the field of aluminum and magnesium light metal processing and manufacturing, providing customers with the appearance and design and manufacturing of structural parts for computers, cell phones, automobiles, optoelectronics and so on. Products in the manual or mechanical grinding and polishing of flammable and explosive aluminum and magnesium alloy dust, in order to prevent the dust on the environment to produce safety hazards, while affecting the quality of products and employee health.

Commissioned by the owner, my company for its special design, production, installation of explosion-proof grinding and polishing dust removal system, which completely solved the owner's production safety and meet the emission standards of the trouble.

Project evaluation:

This explosion-proof dust removal system equipment put into use after acceptance, aluminum and magnesium dust collection and processing effect has reached the owner's use of the requirements of the workshop of the polishing station generated by more than 99% of the dust was inhaled, while combining with the design of the automatic assembly line, the production efficiency has been greatly improved.
